The prices shown on our website for Holiday Rentals are per day, unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicative and in no case contractual. AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Once we have received your booking request and confirmed the availability of the motorhome for your selected dates, we will ask for your personal details and a 30% deposit on the rental amount. Your booking will be considered valid once we have confirmed receipt of this deposit.

Minimum rental period: 3 days

The 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer. Transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Both the remaining rental balance and the security deposit for potential breakages or damages must be paid before key handover. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY AT KEY HANDOVER, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN CASH AND BY VISA. We also accept full advance payment by bank transfer.

If not previously paid by bank transfer, at the time of collection of the motorhome you will be required to pay IN CASH OR BY VISA (TEMPORARY HOLD, also known as PRE-AUTHORIZATION) the security deposit for possible damages and breakages to the motorhome, as well as any potential inventory losses. This amount varies depending on the motorhome between €750 and €1,000, and will be refunded once the motorhome is returned to the meeting point and checked to be in the same condition as delivered, and reasonably clean. In the event of any damage, the customer will be informed in detail of the costs incurred, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Included mileage: 400 km per day. Once this limit is exceeded, each extra kilometre will be charged at €0.25/km. Unlimited mileage available on request or for bookings of 7 days or more.
• Trips outside the EU only on request.
• Motorhomes are delivered in perfect mechanical condition and with all required technical certificates.

• The keys to the motorhome will be handed over once the full rental amount and the security deposit have been paid to AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ.
• Pick-up / return times can be arranged for one of the following time slots: 8:00, 13:00, 19:00.

• AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ is not responsible for any damage, loss or similar affecting the motorhome or the customer’s belongings, including personal injury, etc., caused by third parties or to other persons during the rental period.
• AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ is not responsible if the customer decides to interrupt the rental before its end. No refunds will be issued.

In case of cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice, AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ reserves the right not to refund the deposit.

If, for reasons beyond AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ’s control (breakdown, accident, etc.), the rental cannot be carried out, AUTOCARAVANES EMPORDÀ will refund 100% of the booking amount and offer a free 3-day rental for the inconvenience caused.
